I’ve wanted to move to Wordpress for some time now, but I have zero experience with PHP so the process was a little daunting. There were some decent changes I had to make in the coding and structure… and somehow, I was able to get my PHP feet wet without drowning.

Sewn Business Cards

It feels so great to finally get around to finalizing my new set of business cards. We had a half day of work today, so I focused on some personal work when I got home.



I really love incorporating sewing and other handmade elements in design, and I was really happy with the way my sewn resume came out a couple years ago. The extra tactile element makes it feel a little more special to me.

Shooting for the same message with my cards, I ran these through the sewing machine as well. Hopefully they'll make people take a second glance!

Teas' Tea

I saw an ad for Teas' Tea on a truck while walking to work this morning, and I really loved the packaging.

One exception: the font really bugs me.

The stripes are so pretty and modern! It would have been nice to use a font that felt the same.

I'M ON A BOAT

I went sailing with some friends last weekend and took 302 pictures. There's so much to tell, it would be way too long to say it all here.
